A downloadable game for Windows

This is Ark Defender, the game I made for OLC Game Jam 2021. I decided for a bit of a challenge (and because I've been meaning to relearn Python) I'd make my entry using Python and Pygame. It was a bit of a challenge, learning everything and making it all come together in the time we had for the jam, and there are still some incomplete parts, such as some unfinished assets and lack of game sounds, but I think it's pretty good for a week relearning. I hope you enjoy!

Install instructions

Unzip the .zip file and open up the folders to find Ark Defender.exe. Don't mess with the other stuff, I'm still new to Python and Pygame but I'm pretty sure the game won't load without the other files.

The aliens move fast anyway; o

It's pretty good as a game ^^

Especially the shots with the level is not bad.

I would have liked to have a boss =D
